2. Cancellation and Refund Policies
A. Training Programs (Online/Offline)

Cancellation 6 hours before the program starts:

100% refund will be issued to the registered participant.

Cancellation after the program starts:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

B. Online Courses

If the course has not been accessed:

You may cancel your purchase within 2 working days of payment, and a refund will be issued after deducting applicable GST.

If the course has been accessed (even partially):

No refunds will be issued once any part of the course has been accessed or viewed.

C. Digital Products (eBooks, Manuals, Templates, etc.)

No Refunds:

All sales of digital products are final. Since these materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are not applicable.

D. Physical Products

Cancellation after Delivery:

You may cancel your order within 2-3 days of receiving the product, provided the item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable GST.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

E. Consulting and Training Sessions (Online/Offline)

Cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled session:

Missed Sessions:

No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for missed sessions without prior notice.

3. Refund Process and Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.

For international transactions, any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences will not be covered by 51K Growth Consulting & Training LLP.
4. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

Purchases made during special promotional offers, bundled packages, or at discounted rates.

Subscription-based services or products once access has been granted.

Customized consulting services once they have commenced.

5. Administrative Fees
Refunds may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10% of the transaction amount to cover operational costs, excluding cases where the cancellation is due to an error on our part.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures), 51K Growth Consulting & Training LLP reserves the right to modify or suspend this policy to accommodate affected customers.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure accurate contact details are provided at the time of booking or purchase.

For physical product returns, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition without any damage.
9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds will be resolved amicably through discussion.

If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
