This is Cancellation and Refund Policy of 51K Growth Consulting & Training LLP.

 

The purpose of this Cancellation and Refund Policy is to provide you with a clear explanation of how and by when your can cancel your registration for our online/offline training programs.

As per our cancelation policy, after purchase, you have full right to cancel your purchase of our any of our services (like online consulting sessions, online courses, soft copy materials like eBooks, Manuals etc.,) or product (if any launched in future). On receipt of your cancellation request either through phone call, sms, whatsapp, email, website, letter we will confirm you as per following system.

All cancellation requests will be processed as per following policies;

1. Cancellation 6 hours before starting of training program - 100% refund will be given to the registered person who has cancelled his/her name.

2. Cancellation after starting of training program - No refund will be given under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation of Online Courses - Once you have purchased any online course and did not start learning but want to for 2 working days after purchase, and after that if you want to cancel, then, you payment will be refunded after deducting GST. But, if your have started learning online course you have purchased (Even 1% video is also watched) and then you are cancelling your purchase, in that case no refund will be made.

4. Cancellation of Soft Copy Materials - No refunds will be made on cancellation of purchase of soft copy materials like e-Books, formats, manuals etc., as such materials are immediately mailed for download through link.

5. Cancellation of Physical Products - In future, when we launch any physical product (For example branded t-shirts, mugs, pens etc., and after purchase if you cancel within 2-3 days of receiving physical delivery, then in that case on returning of such product (without any damage), refund will processed (excluding GST).

Upon cancellation, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited into your account.
